Switch Lifestyle – Promotional Terms & Conditions

  1. General Conditions

All promotions, specials, and offers are subject to availability and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Offers are valid only during the specified promotional period and trading hours.
Unless otherwise stated, all promotions are:
  • Dine-in only
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher, promotion, or loyalty program
  • Subject to stock availability
Management reserves the right to refuse service or application of any promotion where necessary.
  1. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice. Menu items may vary based on seasonal availability and supplier conditions.
Substitutions may incur additional charges.
  1. Bookings & Seating

Bookings are recommended for all promotional events and may be essential during peak periods. Seating may be limited to allocated time slots during high-demand promotions.
Large groups may be subject to specific booking conditions, including set menus or minimum spend requirements.
  1. Alcohol Service (RSA Compliance)

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) legislation applies at all times.
Management and staff reserve the right to:
  • Request valid identification
  • Refuse alcohol service to any guest
  • Cease alcohol service if a guest is deemed intoxicated
Alcohol promotions are not intended to encourage excessive consumption and will be managed in accordance with RSA guidelines.
  1. Bottomless / Set Menu Packages (If Applicable)

Where bottomless or fixed-price packages are offered:
  • All guests at the table must participate in the same package unless otherwise approved
  • Packages are strictly time-limited from the scheduled booking time
  • Drinks are served one at a time and must be finished before ordering another
  • Management reserves the right to cease service at any time in accordance with RSA laws
  • No takeaway of food or beverages included in the package
  1. Happy Hour & Time-Based Specials

Promotions are only valid during advertised days and times. Orders must be placed within the promotional period; orders placed outside these times are charged at standard pricing.
  1. Promotions & Offers

Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and are not transferable. No rain checks will be issued unless required by law.
Third-party delivery platforms (e.g. Uber Eats, DoorDash) may be excluded unless explicitly stated.
  1. Liability & Conduct

Management accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained on premises unless required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
  1. Final Authority

All decisions regarding interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are at the sole discretion of management and are final.
